Cancellation Policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Terms & Conditions
- There is no check-in or check-out on Good Friday, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
- Smoking or vaping inside the house is not permitted.
- Parties or large gatherings are not allowed.
- Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Avoid excessive noise, loud music, and rowdy behaviour, and be considerate of the neighbours.
- Please respect the property. Guests are requested to keep the unit tidy; an excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee.
